Reason to purchase our components:
44% the reason to purchase is due to our features offered, while 21% purchase it due to the price. 10% buy it as they need the support. While the rest use it due to friends recommendation.
Support feedback
36% respondents mentioned that we provide on time support feedback, while 34% of them claim that they get very fast response. Only 3.9% who mentioned that the support is slow (I believe it happen during our tight schedule..)
Input for us
More than 50% of the respondent are satisfied with the service. However, we also receive some great inputs:
1. Increase the forum performance.
We are currently in the midst of integrating our forum and support system. At present, the support system is always been a priority to be replied. That is why the forum response is slower.
2. Release the upgraded version of the components.
We are happy to inform that we are almost done with the latest version of our components. It will be supported with lots of additional features. We will notify you when it released.
