It is most likely that you have performed an upgrade of Jom Comment from an older release and the upgrade did not upgraded the mambot / plugin "Azrul System Mambot" which might be caused by certain permission issues. FIX: Upgrade "Azrul System Mambot" by uninstalling the mambot / plugin via Joomla's Installer, and upload the file "azrul.zip" which can be found after extracting out the installer. Then, simply re-publish the plugin / mambot.
