The reason that you are getting the javascript errors, 'JAX is not defined' is most likely caused by the following,

1) Azrul System Mambots is not published or restricted to members only.
You will have to publish this mambot and ensure that it is not restricted to members only. You can configure this via Joomla's Plugin / Mambot manager.

2) Your installation might be corrupted due to several permission issues on the mambots / plugins directory. Simply uninstall the plugin / mambot Azrul System Mambot, and perform another installation of Azrul System Mambot.

3) Kindly please ensure that the following files are properly in place at the following location,

JOOMLA/mambots/system/pc_includes/ajax.js
JOOMLA/mambots/system/pc_includes/ajax_uncompressed.js
JOOMLA/mambots/system/pc_includes/uncompressed.js

If the above mentioned files does not exists, please create a new support ticket via http://support.azrul.com and we will reply you with the required files. Then, simply upload the received files into the above mentioned location.

If after performing the above steps, and you do still receive the similar errors, kindy please send us your back end super administrator access at http://suport.azrul.com so that we would be able to troubleshoot the issue.
