Credit Card Purchase Credit card purchase are normally processed immediately and you should be getting your download access within minutes, up to 30 minutes. However, there could be some delay in the following instances - if you have previously ask a refund from us, we have to approve the order manually and depending on our working hours, this could take up to 8 hours.
- Plimus (our payment processor) might need a manual verification by giving you a phone call. There could be some delays up to 12 hours if they fails to contact you via phone.
PayPalPayPal purchase unfortunately, introduces slightly longer delay than credit card. Typically, payment via PayPal will be processed in approximately 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Please be patient and do not email us just yet. We have no control over this process and will have to wait the sales confirmation from Plimus.
