Avoid Plimus

Plimus provides very poor customer support and service. It took 2 days for them to deliver a download link for a product --- 2 days for a siimple email with a link for a download! I have not downloaded the item and asked for a refund. Plimus is not co-operating.

Had to do the phone dance to get software after purchase

I too went through the Plimus phone tag dance for about 30 minutes after paying through paypal and payment confirmed immediately from an Email.
I was so unfortunate I gave my home number(which is normally requested on transactions) not realizing the number was for an immediate callback for verification. Could you have Plimus state that the number they require is to be used for immediate callback, will save a little frustration.

Playing around with MyBlog right now and hopefully it will amaze me such that I forget the whole Plimus debacle. - Jide Otuyelu

Plimus IS CRAP!

I want you to know that before I have even tried the MyBlog module I purchased, I will never purchase anything else from your company again.

WHY?

Because Plimus has decided that "Your order has been selected for phone verification"--(*&*&%^%^&$&*$&$???

I paid with Paypal. Why do I have to sit here and wait for some damn joker to call me to verify that I paid with Paypal? This is ridiculous. I should have instantly received my links in an email so I could go on working on my site. But noooooo. Your fabulous ordering system thinks I am defrauding it with a PayPal purchase. Utter rubbish. - Joe
