Last May we were in Chicago for the CMS Expo organized by the good people at Coffee Group, USA, who happens to also organize events for Joomla Chicago user group. At the event, a lot of knowledge was exchanged about Joomla in a highly interactive environment. Many went home, having lots of fun, their questions answered and knowledge gained! Weve actually been thinking about this for some time already, but never came around to it until very recently. Yeah, blame it all on work. Thanks to all the participants of Joomla Day and all those who helped out – the team at Azrul.com, Toby Patterson from Joomla.org and the crew from Joomla-my.org. CMS EXPO Chicago is a SUCCESS!!!

We travelled half way around the world just to attend CMS Expo in Chicago on May 16, 2008 (formerly known as Joomla Expo). Little that we know, the Expo has attracted over 250 participants from all of USA and some from around the world gathered at the swanky Renaissance O'Hare Chicago Hotel. The expo was a success as it was highly interactive, everybody participated in the talks and we even had a raffle.

We’re off to Chicago in the month of May to join other fellow Joomla! Developers for the big event, Joomla! Expo 2008 that will be held on the 16th May, 2008.
