Yesterday, I get the shock of my life when I notice that PayPal option were removed from the list of payment method in Plimus (our payment gateway). Payment via PayPal, account for more than 35% of all our sales. So, what is going on here?. Some research reveal that they are worried about fraud. However, from our experience, there is hardly any fraudulent transaction from PayPal. If anything, PayPal are overly aggressive is approving new sales.
I have send Plimus an email and waiting for their response in this issues. I hope this is just a temporary issue and hopefully, PayPal payment option will be made available soon. At the mean time, if you guys prefer to pay using PayPal, please email support@azrul.com and we will give you the info required.

I want you to know that before I have even tried the MyBlog module I purchased, I will never purchase anything else from your company again. WHY? Because Plimus has decided that "Your order has been selected for phone verification"--(*&*&%^%^&$&*$&$??? I paid with Paypal. Why do I have to sit here and wait for some damn joker to call me to verify that I paid with Paypal? This is ridiculous. I should have instantly received my links in an email so I could go on working on my site. But noooooo. Your fabulous ordering system thinks I am defrauding it with a PayPal purchase. Utter rubbish. |

I too went through the Plimus phone tag dance for about 30 minutes after paying through paypal and payment confirmed immediately from an Email. I was so unfortunate I gave my home number(which is normally requested on transactions) not realizing the number was for an immediate callback for verification. Could you have Plimus state that the number they require is to be used for immediate callback, will save a little frustration. Playing around with MyBlog right now and hopefully it will amaze me such that I forget the whole Plimus debacle. |
