Yesterday, I get the shock of my life when I notice that PayPal option were removed from the list of payment method in Plimus (our payment gateway). Payment via PayPal, account for more than 35% of all our sales. So, what is going on here?. Some research reveal that they are worried about fraud. However, from our experience, there is hardly any fraudulent transaction from PayPal. If anything, PayPal are overly aggressive is approving new sales.
I have send Plimus an email and waiting for their response in this issues. I hope this is just a temporary issue and hopefully, PayPal payment option will be made available soon. At the mean time, if you guys prefer to pay using PayPal, please email support@azrul.com and we will give you the info required.

I canceled and changed my cards called Paypal and emailed the Feds...and now I find I am not alone

I bought through Plimus (have to…they didn’t have Paypal option) and after 3 days they still hasn’t delivery what I bought.
However the amount has already been charged from my credit card account.
Plimus said :” Your order is currently being reviewed by our staff for quality purposes, this process is usually completed within a few minutes, however, please allow up to 12 hours to hear back from us.”
Plimus also said they will call me to confirm and process my order.
Till now… 3 days has passed….and they didn’t call, neither send my order….
I expected from Plimus an immediate callback, but till now all I have is frustration.
I’m beginning to get suspicious about Plimus….
Hopping never need Plimus again, and get my problem solved.
Best regards to all.

I choosed to pay via paypal. Well.. The money was sent instantly to Plimus (got the confirmation from paypal) but they play the phone game. As normally, i gave them the number of my company because i never thought about such a procedure. They are not able to reach me there in the evening - oh wonder!
Aftere receiving their complaint i immediately gave them my private phone number. Now this was more than 3 hours agot. Nothing happens.
Well... I will wait for that another some hours but it should be clear for you, that i will never have such an "experience" again. Means: This is my first purchase at your shop and also the last one. Could be better if you choose a more customer friendly e-commerce provider than this crappy one.
Taking money and than playing games does not seem to be thrustworthy but it is frustrating and a bad customer experience i'll never forget.
Think about it. You now have my money, if i git the product within the next hours (otherwise i will force a refund) - but it will be the only money you will see from me, because i don't like this kind of treatment.

I was so unfortunate I gave my home number(which is normally requested on transactions) not realizing the number was for an immediate callback for verification. Could you have Plimus state that the number they require is to be used for immediate callback, will save a little frustration.
Playing around with MyBlog right now and hopefully it will amaze me such that I forget the whole Plimus debacle.
