We're looking for an experienced, world-class software developer to join our ambitious, well-funded company. As one of our first employees, you'll have the ability to make a powerful contribution to our product and our business success.
Instead of the typical 'programming contractor' type of company, we are developing shrink-wrapped product for global market. We do not depend on any goverment contracts whatsoever.
We're building a true agile development team in every sense of the word: quick development cycles, continuous communication, rapid development tools, and low process overhead. We're using object-oriented PHP, Subversion for version control, FogBugz for bug tracking and all the best tools money can buy. All programmer are equipped with dual-LCD and a quiet working space. If you're a developer or UI designer with deep web application development experience, we're interested in talking to you.
Required:
+ 2+ years commercial software development experience with web-based applications with PHP/JavaScript, who can not only write great code on his or her own, but also teach those of us already here some new skills.
+ Fresh graduate will also be considered if you have completed any PHP project before, (commercial/open source/for fun!)
+ A thorough understanding of and experience with AJAX / Javascript / DHTML / CSS programming environments and cross-browser development issues
+ Experience leveraging open-source technology components
+ A keen sensitivity to application usability in all its dimensions: design, performance, quality, ease of use, etc.
+ Great oral and written commmunication skills, and the ability to work as an effective member of a tight-knit agile team
+ Proven track record and have completed various PHP project. We will need to review you code.
What's the deal?
Our salaries - which include a performance bonus for great work - are aimed towards the top end of the market, and set according to each employee's skills and contribution.
