Support Site Down For Maintenance

Dear Customers!

If you have noticed, our support site was down for awhile just now. This is to run a mantainance diagnostic check to find out if there are any issues with our connections. It seem that a few of you have reported that you were unable to connect to our support site this last week. I do apologize for this and humbly ask for your understanding and patience.

UPDATED:I am happy to inform you that due to the spectacular efforts of Mark, our technical support analyst, we have tentatively resolved the issues with our support site connection and our support site is back up now. I thank you for your patience and I appreciate your understanding.

We will continue to monitor the issue though and will appreciate any feedback from you of any issues that you may still have accessing our support site. Do let us know.

Again I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience on your part. There still might be some discrepencies as orders or updates made during our maintenance cycle may still await updating in our records. I ask for your patience as we synchronize our databases.
