PayPal is deploying enhancements to their live site and this will cause some disruption to PayPal payment services. More details can be found in their notification HERE

Customers may expect to see some issues with paying through PayPal. In fact, we have received reports from several customers about problems with Paypal transactions. As such, we have taken PayPal off our available list of payment options untill this issue is over.
