Sprint IS going to start or probably has started losing customers and it is no surprise. I have been with Sprint for a long time and I have suffered through the dropped calls, the billing problems, etc. but this is the worst. I have been trying to port over another number to my acccount that directly influences my businesss. It has been 2 weeks as of today and I was just told it would be another week. This is unexceptable!! Sprint, get with it, or you're not going to have any customers left. For 7 years I have stood by Sprint but this is the last straw. I'm sick of starting my day with a call to Sprint , only to tossed from one office to another and ending up with a SUPERVISOR hanging up on me. I thought I had finally gotten someone to help when Billy Joe in Acccounts/Finance who promised me I would be finished with this nonsense today. Now I am told by that office that je does not exist. And Andy #77214, Supervisor of Porting seems to think he owns Sprint, because he told me there was no one above him, hung up on me when I asked for the number of the Corporate Office. Sprint, you've really hit bottom!! smilies/angry.gif
