| Issues with the support system, please use our ticket system |

We have just realize that our email-to-ticket system (at support@azrul.com) has been failing since 4th January 2008. The support system were supposed to fetch email from our secure Google hosted email server every 10 minutes and convert them into support ticket that we work on immediately. However, it seems that our hosting company has made some changes to the hosting server without informing us, thus no emails to support@azrul.com manage to go through the system. We are working hard to fix this issue asap. At the mean time, if you have any support request, please create a ticket through our support system at http://support.azrul.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit . We will work on all the outstanding support issue right away. I would like apologize for the mess and rest assured that we remain extremely dedicated in providing an excellent level of support that we are famous for. To avoid this issue from ever happening again, we will be moving all our system to a dedicated hosting in 2 weeks time. This will allow us to have total control of the server and will no longer be at the mercy of our web hosting company. For those who have fail to contact us over the last 3 and a half weeks (4 Jan - 30 Jan) via email, we are offering a 50% discount for any of our produc, purchased within the next 1 month. Just create a tiket and ask for your 50% discount. Again, please accept our sincere apologies.
